Terms And Conditions

The various maternity plan choices applicable for campaign (with a minimum premium of $800) are

- NTUC Maternity 360 Plan

- AVIVA MyMaternity Plan

- AIA Mum2Baby Protect Plan

1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bounded by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for promotion to be valid.

2. Each claimant is entitled to one bag and no item given is redeemable for cash. 

3. To qualify for promotion, the claimant must purchase NTUC maternity 360,AVIVA mymaternity or AIA mum2be maternity plans only to be eligible.

4. Promotion is valid for a limited time only and limited to first 20.

5. TheAstuteParent shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the promotional gifts, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6. TheAstuteParent accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. TheAstuteParent assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then TheAstuteParent may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

7. By participating in a Promotion, participants agree that TheAstuteParent conducting the promotion may collect, use and disclose personal data for the sole aforementioned purpose(s) in the Terms & Conditions and for no other purpose and will comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (No.26 of 2012).

8. Promotional item will be given one month after the policy passes the free-look period.
