Professional background with experience to advice you

This will suit you if you are looking for a professional financial adviser to manage your investments and help you breakthrough in retirement planning.

In terms of qualification, I hold the ChFC designation where I was the top candidate of the cohort and I will be your portfolio adviser.

Why a fee?

You've seen my work on a general basis from the videos and articles I've shared.

The next step is to do a thorough understanding of your goals and investment objectives.

 

It's not about products but about personalising advice for you to build the change you want. This requires time and expertise.

Sharing my experience looking into cases


From experience, I'd need a total of 8hrs to 12hrs to deliver the advice you need


60min-120min: Accurately diagnosing what are pain points and data collection 

300min-420min: Examining existing investments and assets to formulate improvement areas. 

120min-180min: Discussions on phone and Zoom presentation online


The most important factor is to make the right financial choices and investments. That will be worth thousands of dollars.

Subsequent investment management fee if portfolio is created


The annual fee I work with in managing your investment portfolio will be up to 1%pa.

I'd help you ongoingly with an investment portfolio review done with you every 6-12months and a regular portfolio rebalancing every 3months.


Platform fee will be up to 0.28%pa. No other fees involved.
