Equities CRASH 20% before year end 2018, wiping out all earlier gains!

Analysts are herding to predict even better global corporate gains in 2018 which (in their opinion) has to lead to better equity prices. Is this always the case? Remember year2007, earnings were also at ALL time high, not ALL time low. There is no “safety in numbers when it comes to investing”. The opposite is almost true.

Property stocks in Singapore GAIN MASSIVELY!

According to a report from Jefferies Singapore Limited, total transactions in the first ten months of 2017 were 54% higher than those recorded over the same period in 2016. Imagine a situation where developer sales blossom as people run into property again with all the enbloc sentiment

Correct or wrong?: Totally wrong, property stocks underperformed badly.

Bitcoin bull run STALLS BUT DOES NOT CRASH, dumbfounding fans and skeptics!

I’ve seen “#bitcoin gurus” proclaiming prices to hit 100,000. Skeptics on the other hand are hoping for a crash. Instead, bitcoin’s price hovers around 15,000.

Correct or wrong?: Totally wrong, bitcoin crashed.

Malaysian ringgit RECOVERS >10% vs Sing dollar!

Ringgit is close to all time low VS SGD. For the last 2 years, it has been sliding and sliding and sliding. Pray for those that bought a property there man….

Correct or wrong?: Totally wrong, Ringgit is still at same level despite new government.
